Privacy Policy

CGS Tower Networks Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “CGS”) respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive from our Internet website (the “Site”).

As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.

Information We Collect

We collect such Personal Information as you include when you contact us, whether as a potential customer, partner, or person looking for employment with CGS. The Personal Information that we may collect includes: name, email, company at which you are employed, the industry in which you are active, your job title, phone number, CV and/or contact person details.

We use cookies to automatically collect certain technical information when you make use of the Site, such as traffic patterns, your IP address, your location (if enabled by you), the type of your mobile device or computer you use to access the Site, details of your operating system and browser and other information regarding the configuration of your computer or device. We also use cookies for purposes of remarketing. We use third party vendors, such as Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise CGS across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. AdWords or other third party remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the CGS Site you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device. The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that  ‘This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.‘ Google AdWords Remarketing and the other third party tools allow us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

If you do not wish to see ads from CGS you can opt out in several ways:

  1. Opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.
  2. Opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor’s browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the device of the originating visitor when this visitor returns. A “persistent” cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across visits. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of the Site may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

We may also use social plugins, such as the Facebook plugin, which will allow social media platforms to link Personal Information collected through our Site with Personal Information in your social media profile. This combined data may be used to serve you with advertising or customized content on the applicable social media platform. We recommend you routinely review the privacy notices and preference settings that are available to you on any social media platforms.

You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Site you agree to provide us with such information.
